How do I book a study room?

Answer

Reservations can only be made on-campus and in person.

Reservations can be made 1 day ahead of time.

  1. Access the study room website at the Borrow and Return desk or at a cataloging kiosk.
  2. Users must agree to the study room policy to access the reservation system.
  3. Enter student(s) EMPLIDs.
  4. Select "Add more" to enter more EMPLIDs.
  5. Select the date for the reservation (default is today's date).
  6. Select an available room (white box)  based on the time available.
  7. Press the Reserve button to submit the reservation.
  8. Students can press the Reset button to start over.
  9. An email confirmation will be sent to the user's CUNYfirst preferred email address with reservation information.

Students can search for reservations using the Manage My Reservations form by entering their EMPLID.
