How do I book a study room?

Reservations can only be made on-campus and in person.
Reservations can be made 1 day ahead of time.
- Access the study room website at the Borrow and Return desk or at a cataloging kiosk.
- Users must agree to the study room policy to access the reservation system.
- Enter student(s) EMPLIDs.
- Select "Add more" to enter more EMPLIDs.
- Select the date for the reservation (default is today's date).
- Select an available room (white box) based on the time available.
- Press the Reserve button to submit the reservation.
- Students can press the Reset button to start over.
- An email confirmation will be sent to the user's CUNYfirst preferred email address with reservation information.
Students can search for reservations using the Manage My Reservations form by entering their EMPLID.
